Job summary

KK Admin Pty Ltd is seeking full-time Lead Educators (Child Care Worker 421111) to join our team across multiple locations including Mackay, Carrara, Byron Bay and Mullumbimby. The role focuses on high-quality early childhood education and care, with a strong emphasis on play-based learning and child-led discovery.

You will support a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF, and build lasting connections with local community, schools and families.

Qualifications

• Diploma in early childhood education and care or ACECQA equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
• Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Paid working with children check (blue Card).
• Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload.
• Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking.
• Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.
• Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education.
• Understanding of EYLF.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families.
• Assist the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
