Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education is required or highly regarded.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection training.
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Strong knowledge of early childhood frameworks and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and support curious young minds in a safe, play-based learning environment.
• Design and deliver engaging, child-led, play-based curriculum.
• Oversee individual learning milestones and tailor programs to each child’s needs.
• Contribute to leadership, mentoring, and a positive team culture.
• Deliver best practice in early learning while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, team, and the community.
