Job summary

G8 Education Ltd is offering a Lead Educator role at Community Kids Greenway Park Early Education Centre in Sydney. The position is full-time, 38 hours per week, with a focus on creating a high-quality learning environment for children aged 0–5 years.

Ideal candidates will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma, understand EYLF/NQS, and have strong communication skills along with a current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.

Qualifications

• Hold ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Understand the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (0–5 years).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance.
• First Aid certificate.
