Community Kids Victoria Point is offering an exceptional candidate a Lead Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services with an understanding of EYLF and NQS, and have proven Educator experience with 0-5 years.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved qualification in Children’s Services (Certificate 3 or Diploma).
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Experience as Educator in 0–5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card/DCSI Clearance.
• First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator role within a supportive team.
• Create and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children.
• Support and develop Early Childhood careers through best practices.
