Job summary

Community Kids Victoria Point, part of G8 Education Ltd, is seeking an experienced Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to join a passionate team of early childhood professionals. You will lead the learning environment for children aged 0–5, foster development, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

Ideal candidates hold an ACECQA-approved qualification, understand EYLF/NQS, and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Experience as an Educator with children aged 0–5 years in an early childhood service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• First Aid certificate.

• Lead and nurture a high-quality learning environment for 0–5 year olds.
• Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities to support learning and development.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to maintain safety and compliance with EYLF and NQS.
