Job summary

Chancellor Park World of Learning, part of G8 Education Ltd, is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to lead an ambitious learning program for children aged 0–5. You will be supported by a team of qualified early childhood professionals in a centre open from 6:30am to 6:30pm, catering to up to 74 children.

You hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services with strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS, and you possess excellent communication, WWCC/Blue Card, and First Aid.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS
• Proven educator experience with children 0–5 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• First Aid certificate

Responsibilities

• Lead learning program and create an outstanding environment for 0–5 children
• Support and develop a high-quality teaching team
• Collaborate with families and centre staff to promote learning outcomes
