Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking a passionate Lead Educator to guide a room of 0–5s at Woodcrest Early Education Centre (EEC) in Springfield.

In this role you will mentor Assistant Educators, lead curriculum planning, and foster inclusive, safe learning environments while building strong partnerships with families and the community. Competitive pay Up to $39/hr plus super and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in early childhood settings.
• Strong curriculum knowledge and planning ability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years.
