Job summary

Affinity Education Group invites applications for Lead Educator with Educational Leader responsibilities at Milestones Early Learning Palmerston. You will lead your room, support educators, and drive high-quality educational outcomes.

You will mentor staff, contribute to curriculum planning, monitor EYLF/NQS, and collaborate with families to support children's learning. The role offers growth and a values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Experience as Lead Educator or Educational Leader preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EYFL and National Quality Standard.
• Ability to mentor and develop other educators.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire high-quality educational practice across the centre.
• Support educators in curriculum planning and children's learning documentation.
• Monitor implementation of EYLF and NQS.
• Mentor and coach staff to improve teaching practices.
• Lead program audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with families to support children's development.
• Contribute to a culture of professional growth and excellence.
