Affinity Education Group is hiring a Lead Educator for Milestones Early Learning Fernbay in Newcastle, NSW. The role leads a team of educators, delivering play-based, high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0-5 in a warm, inclusive setting.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma (or ACECQA-equivalent) and/or Bachelor’s degree, current WWCC, and up-to-date first aid including asthma/anaphylaxis training. The role emphasizes nurturing children and partnering with families.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent; Bachelor’s degree may be considered.
• Working with Children’s Check current or willingness to obtain
• Current first aid certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training or willingness to obtain
• Strong commitment to fostering growth and development of young minds
