Job summary

Affinity Education Group is seeking Lead Educators at our Milestones Early Learning Moorebank site. This part-time role provides 37.5 hours per week with shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm, and requires a Diploma or ACECQA equivalent Bachelor’s degree.

A Working with Children Check and current first aid with asthma/anaphylaxis training are preferred. Affinity offers extensive training and development, with scholarships for degrees and opportunities for internal promotions, plus wellbeing and lifestyle

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in early childhood education or equivalent.
• Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current first aid certificate with asthma and anaphylaxis training or willingness to obtain.
• Strong commitment to growth and development of young minds.

Responsibilities

• Lead educators for Moorebank site with shift pattern.
• Support children's growth and development through evidence-based practice.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
