Job summary

Kool Beanz Academy in North Queensland is seeking a Diploma qualified Lead Educator to join our culturally rich, community‑focused team. You will lead and support staff, implement programs, follow EYLF, and nurture children’s social and emotional development with passion and care.

Working Monday to Friday, 6.30am–6.30pm, you will build partnerships with families and local schools, meet National Quality Standards, and contribute to high‑quality early childhood education across Harrup Park, Bridge

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR ACECQA‑approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification.
• Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact.
• Strong skills in documenting and planning for individual learning needs and general administration.
• Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
