Job summary

The Y NSW is seeking an experienced or advanced Educator to step into a leadership role within our Out of School Hours Care service at Wamberal. You will coach educators, drive program quality, and deliver enriching experiences for children, in collaboration with the leadership team.

This role offers a clear path to Coordinator/Director, with opportunities to influence practice across programs and scale quality outcomes through hands-on mentoring and curriculum leadership.

Qualifications

• Certificate III (minimum) or Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent).
• Current First Aid, CPR & Child Protection Certification.
• OSHC / childcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development on site with the leadership team.
• Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes across programs.
• Mentor, coach and support educators to build capability.
• Champion best practice in child development and program delivery.
