McArthur is seeking an experienced Lead Educator for our Early Learning Centre in Cleveland, Australia. You will lead the 2–3 year‑old room, guiding play-based programs and fostering strong relationships with children and families.

The role is full-time with a five-day week, offering support from the Educational Leader and Centre Director and a collaborative, long-standing team in a recently renovated environment.

Competenze

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
• Two years' Lead Educator experience.
• Nurturing, patient, child-led approach.
• Confidence leading a room and delivering play-based programs.
• Current Blue Card and First Aid qualifications.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Educator to join a close-knit Early Learning Centre in Cleveland, leading the 2-3-year-old room.

This five-room centre has a wonderful, long-standing team, including a Centre Director who has been there since opening eight years ago. Many of the children have also been with the centre since Nursery, creating strong relationships between educators, children and families.

The centre follows a play-based approach, with programming guided by children's interests and individual developmental needs.

You'll bring:

This is a full-time, five-day position, with flexibility to work rotating shifts between 6:15am and 6:15pm.
