Uniting Early Learning The Gap is recruiting a Casual Lead Educator to join our passionate and experienced team.

You will lead play-based learning programs aligned with EYLF and QKLG, create an inclusive, engaging environment, mentor colleagues, and build strong relationships with families and children. The role involves stepping into the Responsible Person role when required and contributing to our welcoming centre culture.

Formación

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-equivalent) or working towards Diploma.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and QKLG.
• Ability to document and assess children’s learning.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
• Current Blue Card and First Aid/CPR/Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.

Requirements

About You:

You’ll bring:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care , or ACECQA-approved equivalent, or be working towards your Diploma
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, QKLG and National Quality Framework
• Confidence in documenting and assessing children’s learning
• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills
• Current Blue Card
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• A genuine passion for supporting children to learn, grow and thrive
