Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate Lead Educators to join Winston Glades Early Education Centre (EEC) in Flinders View, Brisbane.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, up to 38 hours per week. Location: Flinders View. Compensation: Up to $39/hr + Super, with dedicated management support and paid qualifications & PD.

Lead Educators guide a room with creativity, mentor team members, deliver high-quality programs, and build strong partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0-5 years.
• Mentor and support Assistant Educators.
• Foster inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments.
