Bright Horizons Australia Childcare – Tintenbar NSW is seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator to join as a Lead Educator. The role focuses on nurturing and educating toddlers, planning engaging activities, and maintaining strong parent/teammate communication in a bright, welcoming service.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Strong understanding of classroom activities for 6 weeks to school age.
• Excellent communication with families and team members.
• Current Working With Children's Check is essential.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis training are required.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS frameworks is expected.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Tintenbar is seeking a dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator with a commitment to providing excellence in care, to join our team as a Lead Educator.

The successful applicant will possess a passion for high quality care and education and preferably be available Monday to Friday. Our service operates 7:30am-6:00pm, is licensed for 56 places, and caresfor children from 6 weeks to school age.

Responsibilities of the roles include:

Nurturing,educating and caring forour toddlers as a Lead Educator

Planning and implementing exciting and stimulating activities and learning opportunities for the children

Daily communication with parents and other team members

Working in a fun, welcoming team in a modern and bright service

Getting out and interacting with the local community as a part of our Out and About excursion program

What Will You Need To Have?

Successful applicant must have:

A passion for providing high-quality, early childhood care and education

Enthusiasm and drive to succeed in providing interesting and inviting learning spaces

Current Working With Children's Check

Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Motivation, initiative and willingness to be a valued team player
