Job summary

Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Ayr is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Assistant Educator with a passion for high-quality care and education. The successful applicant will hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or be working towards it), have a valid Blue Card, and current First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis training or be willing to obtain.

The role supports delivering engaging activities and a welcoming learning environment.

Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Ayr is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Assistant Educator with a commitment to providing excellence in care. The successful applicant will possess a passion for high quality care and education and preferably be available Monday to Friday.

The successful applicant will possess:

• Certificate III Qualification for Early Childhood Education / working towards qualification or willing to study
• A passion for providing high-quality, early childhood care and education
• Enthusiasm and drive to succeed in providing interesting and inviting learning spaces
• Valid Current Blue Card
• Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis training or willing to obtain
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Motivation and initiative and willingness to be a valued team player
