Job summary

Community Kids Greenway Park Early Education Centre invites an experienced Lead Educator to join a supportive team. The role is full-time (38 hours per week) and requires a Diploma or ACECQA-approved Certificate 3 in Children’s Services, with a focus on delivering high-quality early learning in a dynamic environment.

You will lead lesson planning, support children's development, and ensure safety and well-being across 0–5 years. A current Working with Children Check and First Aid are essential.

Qualifications

• ACEQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience as an educator in an early childhood service (0–5 years).
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS is preferred.
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance and First Aid certification.

is offering an exceptional candidate a Lead Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

This role is Full-Time working 38 hours per week.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 45children with operating hours from 7:00am to 6:00pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• First Aid certificate
