Job summary

G8 Education Limited is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to join Emerald World of Learning in Emerald, Queensland. You will lead delivery of high-quality early learning experiences, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services required.
• Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS guidelines.
• Experience in early childhood services with children aged 0–5.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI clearance and First Aid.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 74 children with operating hours from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• First Aid certificate
