• Brings experience as a Lead Educator and leads with heart, care, and inclusivity
• Is genuinely passionate about early childhood education and thrives on creating inspiring learning spaces
• Designs purposeful programs that empower children to explore, discover, and grow as independent learners
• Encourages curiosity, resilience, and confidence in every child
• Engages young minds through meaningful, intentional interactions and teaching
• Builds strong foundations for a lifelong love of learning

Qualifications

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Full Australian working rights
• A professional, approachable, and friendly presentation
• The confidence and curiosity to build genuine connections with families and the local community
• A team‑first mindset and a passion for making a real difference
• Two professional references, including one from a current or former childcare/education manager or supervisor
