Job summary

QCCS Queensland Child Care Services – Rosewood NSW is seeking passionate Lead Educators to join Rosewood Early Education Centre. You will lead curriculum planning, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality programs for children aged 0–5, within a supportive team focused on growth and community.

Role offers up to 38 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with above award pay, generous PD funding, and a 75% childcare discount for your family.

Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate Lead Educators to join Rosewood Early Education Centre (EEC).

Schedule

Up to $35/hr + Super (depending on position and qualification)

Lead Educator

Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years
• Mentor and support Assistant Educators
• Foster inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments
• Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community
