Job summary

Queensland Childcare Services in Morayfield is seeking an Assistant Educator to support daily routines and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years. You’ll assist the room leader, contribute to a collaborative learning environment, and help implement play-based activities.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, possess a current Blue Card, and demonstrate teamwork and a passion for outdoor, nature-based education.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (minimum).
• Current Blue Card.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for outdoor, nature-based education.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines and program implementation for children aged 0–5 years.
• Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities.
• Help maintain a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Work under the guidance of Lead Educators.
