Job summary

Queensland Childcare Services is seeking passionate Lead Educators to join Rosewood Early Education Centre. Lead Educators guide a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality educational programs.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, up to 38 hours per week. Location: Rosewood. Compensation: Up to $35/hr + Super, depending on position and qualification.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Blue Card are required.
• Proven leadership and curriculum knowledge essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years.
• Mentor and support Assistant Educators.
• Foster inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments.
• Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community.

Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate Lead Educators to join Rosewood Early Education Centre (EEC).

Lead Educator

Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.
