Job summary

The Creche and Kindergarten Association (C&K) Parkhurst is seeking a Lead Educator to join our supportive team. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging play-based learning environment for children and families, working with a welcoming team at one of our Parkhurst centres. Permanent full-time with 40 hours per week and one RDO monthly.

Wages range from $36.86–$41.35 per hour plus superannuation. Benefits include childcare discounts, EAP, and scholarships.

Qualifications

• Hold or commence studying Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Complete National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Police Check current within three months or willingness to obtain one.

What you’ll bring

• Hold, or a willingness to commence studying, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
