Job summary

C&K Amberley Community Childcare Centre is seeking a Lead Educator to nurture a safe, engaging play-based learning environment for children and families. You will collaborate with a supportive team to foster belonging, build strong bonds, and deliver high-quality early learning in Queensland.

The role offers a permanent full-time arrangement with a monthly rotating roster, flexible options, and staff benefits designed to support work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised equivalent).
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

• Lead Educator Position


• $36.86 - $41.35 per hour + super


• 40 hours a week with a monthly RDO (Rostered day off)


• Monthly rotating roster from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm.

As one of our highly valued Lead Educator at C&K Amberley Community Childcare Centre, you’ll work alongside your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community. C&K Amberley provides a nurturing environment where children develop strong bonds with educators and peers. Our centre fosters a sense of belonging, allowing children to thrive and build meaningful relationships. We implement a balanced program that combines structured play with freedom of choice, encouraging early learning and development across all areas. C&K Amberley is located on the grounds of Amberley District State School, providing a convenient and central location for drop off and pick up within our community.
