C&K Mackay Children and Family Centre in Mackay, QLD is seeking a Lead Educator to join our team. You’ll help create a safe, engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families, and the wider community.

This fixed-term, full-time position runs for 6 months with Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day, monthly RDO. You’ll be supported with a competitive hourly wage and benefits, including childcare discounts and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to commence studying a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to create a safe, engaging play-based learning environment.
• Support children, families and the wider community.
