Job summary

Eden Academy Harris Crossing seeks a visionary Lead Educator to shape an inspired team and nurture curious, confident learners. The role contributes to a world-class centre environment with open-plan rooms and premium resources, designed to spark exploration and development.

Operating from 6.30am to 6.30pm, the centre supports 130 children with frequent resource rotations, while offering generous above-award pay and opportunities for ongoing professional growth within our close-knit Eden Academy

Operating from 6.30am to 6.30pm, we provide the ultimate setting for 130 children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.

About you;

• You're an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
• You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
• Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
• Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
• Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Australian Working Rights
• A professional and friendly personal presentation
• Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
• A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
