Job summary

Busy Bees Torquay Centre in Torquay, VIC is seeking a Lead Educator on a full-time basis. You will lead the daily learning program, support educators, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children.

Requirements include a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), current First Aid/CPR/Asthma and Anaphylaxis certs, and a VIC Working with Children Check. Join a team committed to child safety and high-quality learning.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

Responsibilities

Lead Educator (Full-Time) | $36.14 - $41.11 per hour | Torquay, VIC

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Torquay, located at 15-17 Falcon Drive, Torquay VIC 3228, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.

What you’ll do
