Job summary

Journey Early Learning Brisbane Airport is seeking a Lead Educator to guide a room, mentor team members, and create enriching learning experiences for children.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.

About You

You are an experienced Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. You enjoy mentoring others, sharing your knowledge, and creating a positive team culture.

You Will Bring

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Experience leading a room or mentoring educators
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
