Great Beginnings Baldivis, part of G8 Education Ltd, seeks a Lead Educator to guide high-quality early learning across indoor and outdoor spaces. You’ll foster a nurturing environment, plan developmentally appropriate activities, and collaborate with a supportive team to nurture every child’s potential.

This full-time role is based at Baldivis, WA, with access to benefits and ongoing professional development through G8’s network.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Proven educator experience with 0–5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Working with Children Check.
• First Aid certificate.

Great Beginnings Baldivis is offering an exceptional candidate a Lead Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

This role is Full-Time working 38 hours per week

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 115 children with operating hours from 6.30am - 6.30pm

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check \
• First Aid certificate
