Great Beginnings Yanchep in WA is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to join our supportive team. You will nurture and lead high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0–5, guiding a committed team of educators.

This full-time permanent role offers 38 hours per week, competitive Above Award wages, and generous benefits through G8 Education's network, including professional development and wellbeing supports. At full capacity we welcome up to 100 children.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Proven Educator experience with children 0-5 years.
• Working with Children Check is current.
• First Aid certificate is current.

• Lead the delivery of high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
