G8 Education Limited’s Great Beginnings Baldivis is seeking a Diploma qualified Lead Educator to join a supportive team and elevate early childhood learning. You will create a nurturing, engaging environment for children aged 0–5 and lead classroom activities with passion and professionalism.

The role is full-time (38 hours per week) with opportunities for career progression within G8’s network of 400+ centres, plus access to Wonder.LAB and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Experience with children aged 0–5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid certificate.
