Job summary

Rise & Shine Kindergarten is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to lead the design and delivery of the kindergarten's educational program in Maroochydore. You will ensure inclusive, play-based learning that builds social, emotional, language and literacy skills in a safe environment.

You will programme, assess and document under EYLF and ensure compliance with NQF/NQS. You will mentor educators and work closely with families to support each child's development and milestones.

Qualifications

• Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education and QCT registration.
• Minimum one year of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher.
• Blue Card clearance or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate inclusive, play-based learning programs.
• Observe, assess and document children's learning to inform curriculum planning.
• Lead and mentor educators and engage families to support each child's progress.
• Ensure compliance with NQF, NQS, and EYLF and maintain high-quality practice.
