Rise & Shine Kindergarten, Menai is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. You will design and implement inclusive, play-based learning programs that support children's development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in early childhood education.
• Early Childhood Teaching Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• First Aid certification and Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Responsibilities

• Design inclusive, play-based learning programs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Observe, assess, and document children's progress for curriculum planning.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and staff.
• Promote language and literacy through storytelling and interactive experiences.
• Ensure compliance with the NQF and EYLF.
• Lead and mentor educators to maintain high-quality education.
• Communicate progress and milestones with families.
