Job summary

Rise & Shine Kindergarten in Maroochydore, QLD, is seeking a Room Leader / Lead Educator to lead a room with confidence, care, and creativity.

You will foster safe, inclusive learning environments, deliver high-quality programs that inspire curiosity and a love of learning, build strong relationships with families, and mentor your team while collaborating with colleagues to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the NQS and EYLF.
• WWCC/Blue Card, First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis & Child Protection Training.
• Room Leader experience welcomed but not essential.
• Leadership skills and love for learning.

Requirements:

• A solid understanding of the NQS and EYLF

• Experience as a Room Leader highly regarded, but not essential
• A genuine love for learning and the leadership skills to match
• Cert III WT Diploma, or Diploma qualified educators are encouraged to apply
