Discover My World ELC in the Hills Shire seeks an Early Childhood Educator with a Certificate III, Diploma or ECT to drive the educational program and mentor staff. You will work alongside experienced educators and service leaders to uphold the centre's high standards of care and learning.

You will collaborate with families and our community while ensuring effective communication and engagement across the team and with ACECQA guidelines.

Formación

• Experience in a teaching role within early learning is desirable.
• Strong commitment to childhood education and safeguarding.
• Solid understanding of EYLF and current childcare regulations.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse team and contribute to professional development.
