Qualifications

• ACECQA recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Child protection and child-safe training completed.
• Current first aid, and asthma & anaphylaxis training.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF V2.0 and NQF.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Commitment to excellence in Early Childhood.
• Valid Working with Children Check (WWC).

• Develop positive relationships with children, families, educators and staff within the ECEC and Hills Grammar community.
• Respond to the emotional needs of all children.
• Create a stimulating, positive and engaging environment to foster and support the development of all children.
• Actively contribute to the ECEC curriculum
• Commitment to professional development.
• Ability and willingness to implement the ECEC philosophy.
• Understand and implement the centres policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in the Assessment and Rating process in partnership with the leadership team and ECEC educators.

You will have:

• Hold ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Diploma
• Have completed relevant Child Protection and child safe training.
• Hold a current first aid certificate, plus asthma & anaphylaxis training
• Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) V2.0 and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a commitment to excellence in Early Childhood.
• Must Hold a valid WWC.
