Heritage House Childcare & Early Learning is seeking Diploma & Certificate III qualified Educators to join our Castle Hill/Baulkham Hills team on a full-time basis. You will contribute to high-quality early learning, monitor child progress, and maintain a safe, supportive environment for multiple age groups.

Qualifications

• Hold a Diploma & Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Recent experience in early childhood education and care and be open to working with different age groups.
• Understand responsibilities in keeping children safe and apply contemporary child safe practices.
• Build warm, professional relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Current Food Safety training, Child Protection training and Child Safety training (Geccko).
• Must have permanent work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, delivery, and evaluation of a quality early learning program.
• Monitor and document children’s development and progress using diverse methods.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
• Work with colleagues and an experienced Nominated Supervisor to continually improve the learning environment.
