Job summary

TAS Early Learning’s Kewarra Beach centre is seeking an Educator to create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for children through play-based learning. You will deliver high-quality programs, support development and build strong relationships with families.

You’ll work 7.30am–5.30pm, with a supportive team, 12.75% superannuation, and staff discounts. Certificate III or Diploma in ECEC or working toward it is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• CPR (HLTAID009) (or willing to attain)
• First Aid in an Education Setting (HLTAID012) (or willing to attain)
• Child Protection Certificate

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities that inspire curiosity and support development
• Create inclusive and stimulating learning environments that incorporate a variety of materials and spaces
• Build nurturing relationships with children to foster belonging and emotional safety
• Develop respectful partnerships with families and encourage open communication about learning
• Work collaboratively within a close-knit team to support daily centre operations
