Lead E&I Supervisor – Gorgon Front-End Readiness

Job summary

UGL is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor for a site-based two weeks on, two weeks off roster on the Chevron Gorgon project. You will lead E&I Technicians and Electricians, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate electrical activities with other disciplines to deliver front-end readiness for brownfields work.

You will bring LNG/O&G experience, strong planning and execution skills, and a solid background in E&I hands-on work.

Qualifications

• WA Electrical Licence is required.
• Cert IV Instrumentation and EEHA certification.
• Proven LNG/Oil & Gas E&I supervisor experience.
• Strong E&I planning and execution experience.
• Working knowledge of JDE and CMMS-based job planning systems; desirable.
• Strong Excel capability; Power BI and web-based tools advantageous.
• Ability to independently work with client representatives.
• Committed to safety, quality and procedural discipline.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of E&I Technicians and Electricians.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies in all activities.
• Perform quality inspections to meet project specifications.
• Develop and maintain schedules for Electrical activities with other disciplines.
• Allocate resources, equipment and materials to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with project managers.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting progress.
• Document HV activities, daily and progress reports.
