Job summary

UGL Pty Limited is seeking an E&I Supervisor for a site-based role (2:2 roster) on the Chevron Gorgon project in Western Australia. You will lead a team of E&I Technicians and Electricians, ensure safety, quality and timely delivery of electrical and instrumentation activities.

Role requires WA Electrical Licence, Cert IV Instrumentation EEHA, and proven LNG/O&G supervision experience. Strong planning, JDE/CMMS knowledge, and advanced Excel; Power BI advantageous.

Qualifications

• WA Electrical Licence is essential.
• Cert IV Instrumentation with EEHA certification required.
• Proven experience as an E&I Supervisor in LNG/Oil & Gas environments.
• Strong hands-on E&I Planning & Execution experience.
• Knowledge of JDE and CMMS-based job planning systems.
• Strong Excel capability; Power BI and web tools advantageous.
• Ability to work independently while engaging with client representatives.
• Commitment to safety, quality and procedural discipline.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of E&I Technicians and Electricians.
• Enforce safety culture and compliance with standards.
• QA: Inspect work to meet project specs.
• Develop and maintain schedules for Electrical activities.
• Allocate resources, equipment and materials efficiently.
• Collaborate with discipline supervisors and project managers.
• Solve problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Document HV activities with daily and progress reports.
