Job summary

Aurecon is seeking an experienced Drainage and Waterways engineer for projects across Western Australia. You will deliver hydraulic designs and hydrological assessments while ensuring compliance with local standards and regulations.

You will mentor team members, collaborate with a global multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to a wide range of infrastructure projects in WA. This role offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in WA drainage and waterways knowledge.
• Relevant technical qualification for engineering work in WA.
• Strong understanding of local standards and regulations with ability to liaise with authorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hydraulic designs and hydrological assessments for projects from concept to construction.
• Provide technical mastery and compliance with local standards, including liaison with authorities.
• Prepare engineering designs, specifications, calculations and reports.
• Help develop, mentor and coach team members.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary global team to deliver high value outcomes for clients across markets.
