Job summary

Hudson is seeking a Document Control Lead for the ETCS Program Team, delivering information management across a multi-disciplinary rail project portfolio in South East Queensland.

You will lead the Information Management Plan, establish controls, maintain document integrity, and collaborate with engineers, safety, commercial and operations to ensure compliant, audit-ready documentation across the program.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control for large infrastructure, rail or technical programs.
• Proficiency with InEight/Teambinder, Sharepoint or similar EDRMS/CDE platforms.
• Knowledge of records management and information security.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Information and Document Management function within the ETCS Program Team.
• Develop and maintain the ETCS Information Management Plan and related procedures.
• Maintain version control and ensure audit-ready documentation across engineering, safety, commercial and operations.
