Job summary

yourtown is seeking a Lead Developer to drive the design, development and ongoing improvement of Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Digital solutions. You will lead the technical delivery, mentor the team and collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable software.

You will contribute to architecture, CI/CD, automated testing and overall engineering excellence, while aligning with agile practices and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading the delivery and support of enterprise digital platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, supported by relevant qualifications and a strong understanding of business processes and technology-enabled outcomes.

• Proven experience leading technical delivery, mentoring developers and providing guidance across the software development lifecycle.

• Hands on experience integrating enterprise applications using Azure services, APIs and cloud based technologies.
• A solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD practices, automated testing and modern software engineering principles.

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
