Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing cloud-first data platforms for credit risk or finance
• Ability to productionise ML models and workloads at scale
• Proven track record mentoring engineers and shaping engineering culture
• Experience with data security, lineage and governance patterns

Responsibilities

• Define and drive platform strategy for capital provisioning modelling
• Architect and build cloud-native platforms (AWS) supporting model and data workloads
• Lead engineering patterns for model deployment, orchestration and monitoring
• Drive migration from legacy platforms to governed environments
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and audit requirements including data lineage and reproducibility
• Partner with modelling teams to productionise models and improve reliability
