Qualifications

• Strong data/analytics engineering background with production experience.
• Ability to design and deliver scalable data pipelines and analytics assets.
• Experience translating business and regulatory requirements into data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines, data products and transformation frameworks.
• Establish reusable data models and engineering patterns for risk data.
• Introduce automated testing, monitoring and data-quality controls across the lifecycle.
• Improve development and deployment through version control, CI/CD and orchestration.
• Contribute to cloud migration and platform modernisation for scalable solutions.
• Build automation and AI-assisted capabilities to boost analytics productivity.
• Partner with risk specialists to deliver robust technical insights for regulatory needs.
• Provide technical leadership, coach colleagues and grow analytics engineering capability.
