Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in computer science or related IT discipline.
• Experience leading a data team of professionals.
• Senior Developer or similar in a large, geographically dispersed organisation.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT platforms, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Analytics Centre of Excellence (ACE) and mentor data professionals.
• Collaborate with data product owners to design and deliver data products.
• Set up and maintain data consumption infrastructure and semantic layer.
• Promote data literacy and analytics strategy across the organisation.
• Establish and monitor data quality standards and documentation.
• Encourage use of trusted data products for business analysis.
