Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking a D365 Developer to join a high‑performing team. You will mentor peers and act as a resident expert in Dynamics 365, Power Apps and Power Portals while overseeing workload distribution and continuous improvement.

You will translate complex requirements into actionable tasks and help shape delivery in an Agile environment. You will contribute to architectural discussions, review code, and ensure high-quality scalable solutions that align with client needs and business

Qualifications

Proven experience as a D365 Developer or Technical Consultant.
Expert-level knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Portals.
Ability to conduct detailed code reviews and manage development workflows.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Hands-on design and development of enterprise solutions in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Portals.
Conduct detailed code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Strategically allocate user stories and bug fixes to maximise efficiency.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and tasks.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage development workflows.
Champion continuous improvement across development and deployment practices.
