Job summary

Qantas Group seeks a Manager Cyber Defence - Endpoint, Identity & Data Protection to lead end-to-end delivery of core security platforms. You will shape 1-3 year plans, drive capability deployments, and own platform health and governance in a hands-on engineering role.

You will partner with business and technology teams across the Group on control coverage, risk reduction and compliance with regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in cyber security or technology risk with hands-on security engineering experience
• Experience owning and operating enterprise security platforms in BAU
• Strong knowledge of endpoint, identity, data protection, and cloud security controls

Responsibilities

• Shape 1-3 year plans for platforms and align with Cyber strategy
• Evaluate new capabilities and drive deployment into production
• Own platforms and provide health reporting and policy tuning
• Govern controls, risks, suppliers and service performance
• Support Security Operations Centre with detections and telemetry
