Job summary

Quantium is seeking a Lead AI Tech Solutions professional to architect and deliver production-grade generative AI applications, leading data scientists and collaborating with clients to translate AI capabilities into tangible business value.

You will guide technical standards, mentor talent, and drive end-to-end delivery while contributing to strategic direction and reusable accelerators across the AI Solutions team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science, AI and machine learning solution delivery or technical consulting.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership: Architect and lead the delivery of complex generative AI applications, from design through to production deployment.
• People development: Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering growth and capability.
• Solution quality: Oversee end-to-end AI solution delivery with robust documentation.
• Client engagement: Contribute to pre-sales scoping, proposals, and client presentations.
• Strategic contribution: Shape the AI Solutions team's direction and identify reusable components.
